I teach you how to make Udon at home. Udon is the Japanese traditional noodles which is made from flour, water and salt. It is the tick white color noodle and soft texture. So that you need to prepare flour, salt and water. You use some tools like plastic bag, stick and bowl.
First you can mix with salt, flour and water with hand on the bowl. When you mix them well, you put it on the plastic bag. Then you put it on the floor and step it about 100 times so as not to break the plastic bag. You keep it around 30 minutes. After keeping it, you pull it out and spread dough to the oval. Then you cut it!

You eat it with hot water or iced water at your situation.

You enjoy topping on top of Udon.The simple way is putting only cut leeks. But you put Tempura, seafood and vegetable that have been covered in batter and fried in oil.
